Cheri Lynn Dunn recently became the bride of PFC David P. Roth in a ceremony at the Big Lake Church of God in Columbia City, Indiana. Pastor John Crump officiated and Dominic Dunn, brother of the bride read scripture from Colossians.
Attending the couple were Matron of Honor, Stacy Hendricks and Best Man, Jason “JJ” Hurst. Bridesmaids were Tabitha Clapper and Rosie Korhman. Emma Dunn, sister of the bride, was the Junior Bridesmaid and Lily Anderson was the Flower Girl. Groomsmen were David Paulen and James Roth, brother of the groom. Jeremy Nicodemus and Dustin Brown were the ushers.
The bride wore a lovely gown of white Matte’ Satin and carried an arrangement of long stem red roses with one white lily. The Matron of Honor and the Bridesmaids wore gowns of gold satin and the Junior Bridesmaid and Flower Girl wore gowns of white lace and taffeta. They all carried floral arrangements similar to the Bride’s. The Flower Girl carried a basket of red rose petals, which she scattered about as she proceeded up the church aisle ahead of the bride.
Cheri is the daughter of Darrin and Lori Dunn of Albion, Indiana. Her Grandparents are Gloria Knepper of Fort Wayne and Errol and Becky Dunn of Columbia City (formerly the Dunns resided in the Waynedale area).
David is the son of David E. and Patricia Roth of Fort Wayne. His grandparents are Charles and Joan Klenke of the Waynedale area, Katherine Roth of Harlan, and William & Roberta Roth of Fort Wayne.
A reception was held for the couple in the Troy Presbyterian Church Community Center in Columbia City. The couple now resides in Stockbridge, Georgia, near Fort McPherson. David is stationed there as a Military Policeman for the U.S. Army.
