Local Stained Glass Artist Receives Prestigious Art and Architecture Award

Local stained glass and liturgical artist William Lupkin, of William L. Lupkin Designs, recently received the prestigious Art and Architecture Award from the Lutheran Church Missouri Senate (LCMS). Lupkin was awarded Best Ecclesiastical Art for the stained glass windows he created in Ebenezer Hall at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The award, sponsored by Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF), was presented Sunday, November 17, 2013 before the administration, clergy, and congregation and Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
