Fort Wayne-based STAR Financial Bank has announced the relocation and opening of its Waynedale banking center. The new banking center is located at 6240 Bluffton Road and is located in the front of STAR's Service Center. The lobby was open to the public on September 15, 2003."This full-service location is in response to the unbelievable support that we have received from the Waynedale community," said Tom Blume, President, Fort Wayne Region. "We simply outgrew our small facility inside STAR's Service Center, and for that, we thank the people of Waynedale."

Claudia Casiano is the Banking Center Officer in Waynedale. Belinda Schroeder is serving as the Assistant Banking Center Officer. A full range of banking services is available at the new office, including retail, consumer lending, small business and commercial loans, insurance and wealth management. The lobby hours for the new banking center are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm with drive-up hours from 8:30am-7pm. The drive-up is also open on Saturdays from 9am-12pm, and a drive-up ATM is available 24-hours a day. For more information or questions concerning STAR Financial Banking please call 479-2670.
