HOMELESS, VETERANS GIVEN ASSISTANCE

On October 23rd, 2013 it was my true privilege to accompany Veteran Leonard Shepler to Washington D.C. as part of the 11th flight hosted by Honor Flight Northeast Indiana. It was also special to learn that Leonard and I are neighbors of sorts, as we are both local residents of Waynedale.

TRICK OR TRUNK

Details St. Joseph-St. Elizabeth kindergartners are all smiles for Trick or Trunk.

During past Halloweens, St. Joseph-St. Elizabeth School kindergartners through 4th graders were treated to "Trick or Trunk" where parents decorated the backs of their cars in the parking lot and passed out candy to the students who came through in their Halloween costumes.

Due to rain this Halloween, "Trick or Trunk" was moved to the cafeteria where parents decorated tables with Halloween decorations and lots of Halloween candy. The students and the parents were dressed in Halloween costumes...
