FRIED GROUNDHOG

1 groundhog (preferably young)onions (sliced) flour, salt pepper paprika garlic powder canola oil

Skin and clean groundhog. Remove fatty tissue from under front legs. Cut groundhog into eight pieces. (4 legs – cut body into 4 parts) Parboil groundhog pieces in water with onion slices. Change water two or three times; this removes 'wild' flavor of meat. Meat should be tender but not quite falling from bone. Roll meat pieces in mixture of flour, salt, pepper, paprika and...

BLOSSOMS OF LOVE

Our thoughts are energy. Fear is misdirected energy and must be redirected or transmuted into faith.

Let our energy be a light of love and respect with the fragrance of an ever-blooming rose of love from our heart center. Growing in purpose in the Master's Garden, we will always be blossoms of The Great Spirit's love and light.

Orion, The Giant Hunter

There is virtually no traffic on the narrow road up the hill, and no airplanes can be heard. We seem isolated in our own little world, and it is land of pristine beauty. From the tall hemlocks that droop heavy-laden boughs toward the ground, to the lowliest twig on the azalea bush, everything is covered with white.

A BYTE OF KNOWLEDGE

The New iMac from Apple Computer.

In the difficult and dark times of the digital information age comes a spark of hope and glory that the industry has needed since the introduction of Microsoft Windows 95. In 1994 when Windows 95 was introduced, people flocked to the stores to buy a new computer and use all these new tools. Also during that time, the Internet was growing at an un-measurable rate.

Now an all new iMac is totally redesigned from the bottom up. Apple is now fulfilling the...
