MARTIN (MARTY) ESTON SHIPLEY, 53, of Ossian, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at his home, after he lost a four-year battle with cancer. He was born October 29, 1959 in New York. He was employed as a roller operator at Brooks Construction for 22 years. He was a member of Trier Ridge Community Church and International Union of Operating Engineers Local 103.
