SONJA LEE KOCH, 73, of Fort Wayne, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Hospice Home. She was born June 20, 1938 in Fort Wayne. Mrs. Koch retired from Walgreens in 2002. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and was involved in many breast cancer functions.

DONNA M. MITCHELL, 89, of Fort Wayne, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Kingston Residence. She was born November 11, 1922 in Oakland County, Michigan to the late Howard and Florence (Gillespie) Tincknell. Prior to full time teaching, she substitute taught. Then she worked for 18 years as a teacher at Indian Village School, retiring in 1983. She received her master's degree from St. Francis College. MARY R. SMITH, 92, died on Wednesday, June 6, 2012. She was born June 14, 1919 in New Castle. She was the daughter of Frank and Lola (Bouslog) Ritter. She graduated from New Castle High School and had degrees from Purdue and Saint Francis. She taught at Princeton, IN, Cadiz, Detroit, Washington Township, and also at Fort Wayne Southside, where she served as Dean of Girls. JANET D. POORMAN, 78

JANET D. POORMAN, 78, of Fort Wayne passed away Tuesday May 15, 2012. She was born on November 6, 1933 in Yoder to the late William and Clara (Swank) Myers. She worked at Montgomery Ward and later at Perfection Biscuit Bakery where she retired.

She was a member of the Fort Wayne Red Hats, Elmhurst Alumni card club, and International Church of God where she served as treasurer.

She will be remembered as a great seamstress and a loving grandmother and great grandmother.

JACK L. SCHOEPH, 80, of Fort Wayne, formerly of Waynedale most of his life, passed away Saturday, June 2, 2012 at his home. He was born March 10, 1932 in Fort Wayne to the late Jerry and Beatrice (Bodie) Schoeph.

Mr. Schoeph was owner and operator of Schoeph Trailer Repair Service and retired in 1997. After retirement he worked at Crossroads Pantry in Waynedale.

LYNNE J. LOTHAMER, 71, formerly of Fort Wayne, passed away, Sunday, June 3, 2012. She was born on February 25, 1941 in Fort Wayne, to the late Frank and Arveda (Bollinger) Bender.

She worked as a housekeeper in the Elder Care Facility at Lutheran Homes.
