Ruby Kathryn Zimmerman Richey, 86, died Sunday, April 7, 2002 at Spring Arbor, Michigan. A native of Sashatchewan, Canada, she was an employee of Sears Roebuck Company in Fort Wayne for 20 years. She retired in 1975. She was a member of Spring Arbor Free Methodist Church in Spring Arbor, Michigan. She liked spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Emerson Richey, who passed away January 31, 1991.

Ronald M. Malone, 68, died Tuesday, April 9, 2002 in Fort Wayne. He was born in Fort Wayne and worked for REHAB and Easter Seals ARC of Northeast Indiana, retiring in 1994

His hobbies included bowling and dancing. He will be missed by his special friend Virginia, as well as his friends and staff members at Thompson House.

His caregivers were the family of John and Evelyn Hanni of Uniondale, Indiana.

Marjorie "Margie" Underwood, 57, died Tuesday, March 19, 2002 at her home. Mrs. Underwood retired after 21 years of service with Pyle Industries in Huntington, Indiana. She was a member of the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church and Psi Iota Xi Sorority. She also served on the Pioneer Festival steering committee for nine years. Virgil C. Favory, 82, died Wednesday, March 20, 2002 at Lutheran Homes. A native of Allen County he was a retired machinist and was also employed by Favory Auto Parts for several years. He was a WWII Army Veteran and a member of VFW Post 10006 and American Legion Post 241. He was preceded in death by his wife Omal Favory who passed away April 22, 1998.

Milton F. "Mac" Mcormick, 75, died Monday, March 18, 2002 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Fort Wayne, he was a former employee of Schwegmann-Witte Plumbing Company and worked for Local 166 Plumbers & Steamfitters Union.
