Romald D. Winn, 68, died Saturday, February 16 at Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana. A native of Fort Wayne, he retired from GTE wireless in 1998 and worked part time in the office of Rich's Auto Center here in Waynedale. He served with the U S Army in Korea and was a member of American Legion Post 241. He was a member and Elder of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. He enjoyed life and loved cars and woodworking. He was preceded in death by a sister Maraquita.

Donald F. Stier, 76, died Sunday, March 3 at Lutheran Hospital. A native of Fort Wayne, he was a store manager with Sears & Roebuck Company for 28 years. He retired in 1980. He was a World War II Navy Veteran, a member of American Legion Post 296, and belonged to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by a son, Bradley who passed away in 1973.

Dorothy Irene Shortridge, 90, died Friday, March 1, 2002 at St. Joseph Medical Center. A native of Waterloo, Indiana, she was a homemaker and a member of Village Green Free Methodist Church. She was a sewing hobbyist. She is preceded in death by husband Roy E. Shortridge who passed away in 1978.
