NED DEWAYNE PICKARD, 86, of Waynedale, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016. He served in the Army during the occupation of Japan during the Korean War as a military policeman from 1951 to 1952. He worked at Essex Wire for 18 years and retired from B F Goodrich after 28 years. Ned was a spirit filled believer that loved the Lord and His Word. He attended The Chapel. MARJORIE ANN ORTH, 92, of Fort Wayne, passed away Monday, February 8, 2016 at Renaissance Village. She was born April 23, 1922 in Fort Wayne to the late Edward and Helen (Linsky) Koehl. She worked raising her family as a homemaker. She stayed active in her later years by participating and volunteering in many groups: such as, the Saint Joseph Medical Auxiliary, the Marians, Harvest House, R.S.V.P., Sacred Heart Rosary Sodality, and the South Side Seniors.

CALVIN C. LEE, 84, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016. He touched numerous lives as a teacher at Hoagland Elementary School for 31 years. He was honored as Indiana State Teacher of the Year in 1981 and appointed honorary Secretary of State. He was a state finalist for the 1st Teacher in Space. PATRICIA A. “PATTI” MILLER, 61, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, February 12, 2016 at Parkview Hospital. She was born January 18, 1955 in Fort Wayne. She worked as a homemaker, raising and caring for her family. Additionally she worked at Bishop Luers High School, helping to maintain the facility for 10 years. She loved traveling with her husband and family and will be missed, as she was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
