JOHN "JAY" F. PELKINGTON III, 74, passed away Saturday, March 22, 2014. Born in New York, NY, Jay attended St. Jude's Catholic School and was a '58 graduate from CC. A past President of the Homebuilder's Association he also belonged to the Coldwater Lake Sailing Club, Pine Valley Country Club and was the honorary president of the GOOFS.

Jay enjoyed sailing, golfing, sports, playing with his dogs, and spending time at the lake.

ANNA LOU GRAY STRONG, 88, passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Kingston Care. She was born in Grant County to the late Corda P. and Ersie Alice Maddox on April 10, 1925. She worked for Fort Wayne Community Schools in Food Services for 16 years and retired in 1990 after 15 years as Director of Food Services for Southwest Allen County Schools.

LOIS L. PATTON JETMORE, 90, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, February 28, 2014 at her home. She was born October 3, 1923 in Decatur, Indiana to the late Oren M. and Inez M (Hayes) Gilpin. RICHARD S. BUHR, 57, of Fort Wayne, passed away with his family at his side on February 14, 2014 at Canterbury Nursing and Rehabilitation. He was born August 17, 1956 in Fort Wayne to the late Robert and Jolee (Connor) Buhr. He worked in construction and sales. He enjoyed bow hunting, fishing, and water fowl hunting.
