GARCILLE WAGGONER, 79, of Fort Wayne, passed away March 27, 2016 at Parkview Hospital. She was born November 1, 1936 in Allen County to the late Lawrence L. and Bivire E. (Vallieu) Brush.

She worked as an accounting and office manager for numerous auto dealerships. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #248 and the American Legion Auxiliary #241.

DONALD CHARLES FAVORY, 86, of Fort Wayne, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016. He was born October 29, 1929 in Fort Wayne to the late Charles and Leota (Barker) Favory. He was a 1947 Elmhurst High School graduate and served in the Army during the Korean War. He was Owner and Operator of Favory Auto Repair, starting in the business in 1950. He was a member of American Legion Post #241.

MICHAEL MERLE SEIY, 66, of Fort Wayne passed away March 16, 2016 at Coventry Meadows. He was born January 14, 1950 to Merle and Grace (Schneider) Seiy. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. He was self-employed in the computer programming industry.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers, David (Gillian) Seiy of Seattle, Washington and Brian (Dawn) Seiy of Fort Wayne.

MILDRED “MILLIE” SHURBOFF, 91, of Fort Wayne passed away, Thursday, March 10, 2016. She was born July 31, 1924 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Gregory and Mary (Martinz) Stase. She worked as the manager and owner of the Office Tavern from 1974 to 1998. She was a member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening and spending time outdoors, enjoying nature. NED DEWAYNE PICKARD, 86, of Waynedale, passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016. He served in the Army during the occupation of Japan during the Korean War as a military policeman from 1951 to 1952.
