NANCY JOAN (JOHNSON) GARZA, 44, of Fort Wayne, died Wednesday, September 7, 2005, at Hospice Home of Northeast Indiana. Born November 12, 1960, in Decatur, she was a LPN at St. Joseph Center for 14 years and Northwest Physicians Clinic for five years.
