RAYMOND F. MATTES, 70, of Yoder, died Sunday, October 2, 2005, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born August 18, 1935, in Fort Wayne, he was a meter man for American Electric Power for 42 years, retiring in 1997. He was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church, St. Vincent dePaul Society, St. Therese RCIA and Extra Ordinary Minister of the Euchrist.

Frederick (Fred) Kuchenbecker, died July 8, 2005 under the care of Hospice. He was born in Germany, and came to the United States at the age of four. He was in the Navy during WWII from October 20, 1942 until December 5, 1945.

He went to work at International Harvester in Fort Wayne and retired after 36 years.

He moved to Brookside, Florida in 1989. He enjoyed his yard and garden and was a member of Mariner United Methodist Church.

RICHARD P. BLUM, 69, died Saturday, September 17, 2005, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. Born in Allen County, he was a Lineman with I & M for 39 years, retiring in 1996.

Born November 12, 1960, in Decatur, she was a LPN at St. Joseph Center for 14 years and Northwest Physicians Clinic for five years.
