JOHN EDWARD STARK, 67JOHN EDWARD STARK, 67, of Fort Wayne passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Lutheran Hospital. He was born April 11, 1945 in Fort Wayne to the late William and Irene (Trostle) Stark McCague. He had worked at Dana, he was a partner in a sailboat charter company, he worked as an oil analyst, and he was also a writer, just completing and publishing two books. He was a member of Waynedale United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge, contributed and wrote for The Waynedale News and was an accomplished woodworker.

He is survived by his loving family, including his wife, Kay (Sweet) Stark of Fort Wayne; children, Clayton (Lisa) Stark of Fort Wayne and John (Sabrina) Stark of Wisconsin; siblings, William (Linda) Stark of Fort Wayne, Jude (Spike) Cline of Louisville, Kentucky, James (Kathy) Stark of Ossian, Robert (Mary) Stark of Fort Wayne, and Kathy (Matt) Stark of Fort Wayne and his sister-in-law Molly Stark of Fort Wayne; step children, Tamera Liaschenko of South Boston, Virginia, Tara (Jan) Liaschenko of St. Petersburg, Florida, and William G. (Jen) Liaschenko of Fort Wayne; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death in addition to his parents were his brother, Daniel Stark and a great granddaughter.

Funeral Services will be Sunday, November 18, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Waynedale United Methodist Church, 2501 Church Street, Fort Wayne, IN with calling 1 hour prior. Rev. Mike Harris will be officiating.
