The Key to God's Heart by Charles F. Stanley

I was only in the first grade, but I still remember the key that unlocked the door to my house. It was one of those long, black keys, and after I left in the morning, I would hide it under a rock so nobody but my mother and I knew where it was.

I remember sometimes coming home in the afternoon and wondering if the key was still there. Then I recall moving the rock and experiencing a tremendous sense of relief when I spotted the key. What made that...

ONE HOUR PHOTO

Directed/Written by: Mark Romanek

I went to see Possession, starring Gwyneth Paltrow, Aaron Eckhart, and Jeremy Northam with my friends last weekend and I'm able to sum this film up in one word-RENTAL. It wasn't horrible, it wasn't great, it was a mediocre 49-cent rental. My friends all liked it, but of course they liked Riding in Cars with Boys.

So later I went to see One Hour Photo, hoping to find a movie I liked- strike two. The major problem with One Hour Photo wasn't...

Talk about sticker shock . . . or whatever you want to call it, I got a bad case of it the other day and I'm still trying to get over it. I bought my deer hunting license or I should say two of them even though they were on the same piece of paper. I bought a buck license and a doe license or as they say now, "An antlered deer license and an antlerless deer license." Many times something got in the way of taking in a game and this shouldn't happen because you only live once.

To me an empty ballpark is a very sad sight. One of the most...

Oooooohhhh I'm so happy to be home I could just spit and eat a biscuit. Wayne and I finished off our summer tans and now we're ready for the cooler weather. I'm so brown all over; and Wayne looks like a cute little wrinkled round brown berry. It just does a girl wonders to lay around in that healthy sunshine and soak up some vitamin 'D' or whatever it is. Wayne soaked up a lot of liquids most of which came from brown bottles. I guess as long as he was getting liquid back into his sweaty...

“WHAT IS A HOOSIER?”

Details Mosque - Istanbul Turkey

Last week my boys and I surfed through the Istanbul television channels when suddenly a scene from The Circle in Indianapolis caught our eyes. In addition to the surprise of seeing Indiana on TV here in Turkey, the reporter surprised us by speaking English with people on the street. In a short time we learned that the reporter—who was traveling with the Turkish Basketball team—-wanted to know the meaning of the name "Hoosier." He said, "Since arriving in Indiana we've learned that the people...
