I've preached all along that we should not have to beg our local, county, state, and federal government for permission to carry a weapon (gun) to protect our home, family, personal self, and property. We should not have to be finger printed, registered, or carry a card that says we have someone's permission to carry such a weapon or have jour guns registered.

Author Max Lucado reported a delightful story about a parakeet named Chippie who had a very bad day. It began when the bird's owner decided to clean his cage with a vacuum cleaner. KOMET HOCKEY EXHIBIT COMING UP

 

Don Graham and his "Gallery of Sports" with the cooperation of the Fort Wayne Library Genealogy Department has planned a Fort Wayne Komet Hockey exhibit to be completed the first week of November. The exhibit will be located on the second floor of the downtown library next to the Genealogy Department where the last exhibit of the Daisies has been taken down.

Oooooooohhh I just have to tell you about the deliciousest food I ate recently. I don't remember the date (I think I'm getting old timer's disease) but I do remember it was the bestest shrimp I've had in a long time. The American Legion has a new broaster and they have the best bargain on chicken, fish, steak, and shrimp you can find anywhere in Waynedale. The cook showed me this huge T-Bone. WAYNEDALE POST OFFICE DÉCOR

 

Between the years 1994-2000 if you entered the lobby of the Waynedale Station you didn't much care if there was a line as the walls were covered with sports posters, baseball cards, postage stamps with sports background and other miscellaneous memorabilia. This semi-museum was accomplished by two former Waynedale Postal employees, Larry Wagner and Kevin Tempel.
