It's official, straight from the IDNR – If you are under 17 years of age or over 65 you 'DO NOT' have to buy a fishing license OR a trout stamp in the state of Indiana in 2004. Thank you Indiana.

I received this through an E-Mail from a friend of mine. I'm assuming it is true and I like it. I never knew about this and I wish I had learned it in school when I was growing up. I think it's something that should be known to the world. Read it, cut it out, make copies, and pass the information along.
