Just in time for the start of summer vacation, the crew behind the Harry Potter phenomenon has produced another movie. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is the third installment in the Harry Potter series. The movie's heroes, Harry (Daniel Radcliffe), Hermione (Emma Watson), and Ron (Rupert Grint) are now thirteen and in their third year at the Hogwart's School of Magic. Putting an ominous damper on the start of the school year is the escape of a murderer, Sirius Black, from the Azkaban...

Dear Editor,

I belong to Boy Scout Troop #876 in Savannah, GA. I spend the summers in Indiana and take part in Waynedale's Troop #344 and go to Camp Little Turtle with them.

I enjoy reading the Scout News in The Waynedale News and I liked reading about Troop #344 winning the Klondike Derby last winter. My grandparents send me the articles about the troop.

(Psalms 19:1-4 RSV)

For years I wondered what this psalm was trying to say. And, after having...

War and love—two topics drastically different. Yet, they somehow find themselves frequently paired together. Out of stories about war arise stories of incredible love; love of country, love of one's fellow soldier, love of family, et cetera. Troy depicts a war fought for all of the above.

The war begins when Paris, Prince of Troy (Orlando Bloom) and Helen of Sparta (Diane Kruger) fall in love and Helen decides to run away with Paris back to Troy. Helen's husband, King Menelaus (Brendan...

Ooooooh I just have to tell you, I'M BAAAAACCCKKKK! We had such a lovely time where we went. I'm tan all over. I wanted to show Ray McCune my lovely tan but he isn't here; he went hunting for some birds in West Virginia someplace and nobody knew when he'd be back. I just hope my all-over tan hasn't faded by the time he gets back. I do so want to show it to him. He turned such a lovely shade of green the last time.

I don't have any tan lines but there is a slight difference in color where...
