Oooooohhhh I just have to tell you Wayne and I haven't been able to get out to eat at any restaurants in the area. We've both been laid up with the flu of all things. I haven't had a case like this in over thirty years. We've both had flu shots, being senior citizens and all, but it didn't do any good. My doctor said that there are over forty strains that he knew of so we must have got one that wasn't afraid of the flu vaccine that we got. So I'm afraid that I'll just have to wait till...

“FORGOTTEN MINORITIES”

Details

Living in predominately Muslim countries and even in countries where Muslims are not in the majority, hundreds of thousands of Christian minorities live under persecution for their faith. In the best case scenarios, this persecution might be limited to discrimination in the work place and in attempts to restrict their freedom to worship according to their consciences. In the worst case scenario, for example, Sudan or Saudi Arabia, Christians are subjected to the most humiliating treatment...

Charade vs. The Truth About Charlie

She soon runs into a man, Peter Joshua (Cary Grant), who she met while on vacation. The...

Scared Straight

It seems that some TV and radio preachers are obsessed with the message that the end of the world is near and we better be ready to meet the Lord in the clouds.

It reminds me of the time Dad and Mom took us to a revival meeting at the church in South Whitley that we attended. The evangelist was really preaching about being ready to join Jesus in the air. It was a strong message, and the results were, several people responded to the altar call.

Dad and I were talking about...

Ooooooohhh I have to tell you about a place that will bring back a lot of memories if you were raised up in the era of the 40's or maybe even the 50's. It was called 'George's' and it's on Jefferson Street in Huntington, Indiana. I think maybe the full name is George's Hot Dog Stand; I saw it printed both ways. It first appears to be a small 'hole-in-the-wall' place.

Tubby Hubby and I were out joy riding and decided to stop somewhere and get a snackypoo. As usual I had our Entertainment...
