A petition for Waynedale area residents who want improvements in Waynedale Park will be available for signing on April 17th from noon to 4pm, at Waynedale Park pavilion on Elzey Street. The petition is for more playground equipment, rewiring and updating the pavilion lighting and electrical system, improved kitchen facilities, additional flowers and shrubs, installation of permanent benches, installation of signs on Bluffton and Lower Huntington Roads, and installation of signs on all four corners of the park.

If you haven't already signed the Petition to the Fort Wayne Park Board at one of the Waynedale businesses or in your neighborhood, please take the time to stop by the Waynedale Park on the 17th to sign the Petition and to spend some time with us in the park.

The group of Waynedale citizens, headed by Beulah M. Stoker of 2122 Dale Drive, who want improvements in Waynedale Park for our area children and adults, ask for your help and your support for Waynedale. If you cannot come to Waynedale Park on the 17th and would like to sign the Petition, please call 747-6305 of 747-3911.
