Waynedale Politial Commentaries

What are your Waynedale (Fort Wayne), Indiana politicians working on for you? Local, regional and state wide politics can be found here written by your elected officials.

One of the greatest joys that a person can experience is to see uncontrollable happiness and laughter on the face of a child. Children whose parents are struggling to meet the most basic of needs can sustain almost anything personally, but find their most challenging obstacles in helping ensure that their children perceive no difference from themselves than with their other playmates.

The goal of the Wayne Township Trustees' Office has always been to provide emergency assistance to those who...

I've written in the past about our family's summer vacations. Melissa and I decided some years ago that we wanted our sons to experience the type of vacations that we had known as kids. Each of our parents had stuffed the families into the station wagon and driven all over the country, visiting national parks, great cities, and a variety of different states, and in the process, creating unforgettable memories that we still cherish. Surprisingly, I was already very familiar with both.

As Board President for CANI (Community Action of Northeast...

New York Visited

For those who have never been there, the size of the community, the size of the buildings, the sights in the day, and the sights in the night are almost unexplainable. New Yorkers love their city...and now so do I.

I was all pumped up to be traveling to New York to be able to...
